Membership and Scholarships

Please Join Us!

Whether you are a harpist, friend of the harp, or a music lover, new members are always welcome to join! Our chapter is located in Silicon Valley, in the South Bay Area of San Francisco. With approximately 75 members, the chapter includes everyone from professional soloists and/or orchestral harpists, students and teachers, to amateurs who simply enjoy playing the harp. We welcome members of all ages, levels, and motivations, including pedal, lever, and folk harpists.

To be included in the annual membership roster, please submit your dues no later than October 15th.

We are a 501(c)3 corporation and, as such, both membership dues and all donations we receive are tax-deductible, to the full extent allowed by law.

Student Scholarship Program

The Silicon Valley Harp Society is devoted to helping harp students with special financial needs. If you are a harp student with a special financial need and would like to apply for scholarship funding, please provide the following information: 1) Name, 2) Address, 3) Telephone, 4) Email Address, 5) A description of your financial need, your family support, and for what purpose the funds would be used. Please tell us why you would like scholarship assistance and what your goals are as a harpist.
